I left my mom to tend to the Bakery for a few days while I got on airplane and headed to Chicago to surprise my best friend of 35 years to a Girlz Weekend that neither one of us will ever forget.
With thanks to her husband Aaron, this was her reaction to realizing the chic with the purple feather boa holding a sign in the middle the bean at Millenum Park - was me!
One of the many surprises I had in store for Christine was having candid moments captured on film (by Amanda Hein Photography) of us in the city - just being us and having fun.
Little did I know I was in for a suprise when Amanda sent me the images - she not only captured each one of our personalities with her photography but captured our life long friendship and moments either one of us will forget.
